IF YOU'RE IN FLORIDA AND A STORM HITS MDI, YOU CAN CALL US TO CHECK OUT ANY DAMAGE AND ALERT THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.
ONE VISIT - Walk around property, check doors and windows and assess any damage to the property. Take picture. $35.00. Digital picture will be stored at Bar Harbor Property Watch`s physical address, 244 Main Street, Bar Harbor. There is an office Fee for processing and E-mailing pictures to your computer.
MULTIPLE VISITS - REDUCED RATES - When we come more than once you`ll get a reduced rate.
ALARM ON CALL - If we are called to an alarm during the day, 6AM to 6PM, It will be charged as a normal visit at your pre arranged rate. If we are called on *major holidays or between 6PM & 6AM a $10.00 surcharge will apply.
SNOW REMOVAL - We will do our best to make sure your property looks lived in including sweeping up to 2 inches from your walkway. If you choose to have us shovel and there is more than 2 inches, there will be a minimum $15.00 shoveling fee. By not shoveling, we can tell right away if someone has walked on your property. YOUR CHOICE !!!
*Major holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, New Years Day and the 4th of July. |
